  • SEO optimization

Every site includes SEO optimization: Google Search Console setup, an XML sitemap, semantic markup, structured data, fast load times, and a code structure built so search engines and AI crawlers can read and index your site cleanly.

Design starts after we meet. I do not begin building until we have sat down and gone through what you actually need, because guessing at it and correcting later wastes both our time. Revision rounds come after that: Starter includes one, Growth two, Pro three.

Each plan has a page ceiling because past it the next plan up costs you less every month for the same site. Moving up a plan at that point lowers your monthly bill rather than raising it.

The build fee covers the site itself. Starter is $50 to build. Growth and Pro carry a higher fee because they are larger sites with more to build. On top of that, sites requiring backend logic (submitting forms, admin panels, databases, logins, payments, API integrations) are quoted before work begins.

No domain yet? I register a .com in your name and keep it renewed for $1 a month, based on current registry pricing.

Most websites are built on drag and drop platforms like Wix or Squarespace. They look fine until they don't: slow load times, boxed in templates, unnecessary fees, and very little personal support. You keep paying for the builder, then still have to figure out what happens under the hood.

I build everything from scratch. Clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No bloat and no template builder subscription. Hosting is still required for any website to stay live, but you won't be paying for a Wix or Squarespace subscription you never truly own. Your domain stays in your name, while I own and maintain the code, design, hosting setup, and deployment systems that keep the website running. You get the right to use the finished site for as long as your service agreement is active, without having to maintain any of that technical machinery yourself. If you would rather own the technical setup too, that is an option. We can agree on a separate price for the ownership and handoff, and I can continue maintaining it for you from accounts you control.

All my sites are mobile optimized. Ensuring mobile clients have a similar experience using your site on their phones as those on a computer.

I also use AI to help speed up the process, not to replace the craft, but to accelerate it. Design iterations that used to take days now take hours, which means lower cost and faster delivery without cutting corners. The technical work that actually gets your site live, connecting your domain, configuring DNS, setting up GitHub hosting, and wiring Cloudflare for security and performance, is all done by hand, by me, because that work requires real judgment that AI simply cannot provide. And every line of code, AI assisted or not, is reviewed personally to make sure it is built exactly around your needs.

You get a real website built around your business, not a rented template you have to wrestle with. Your brand, your content, and your domain stay yours. I take responsibility for the code and the technical details. Like this one!

Here is how pricing works.

There are two kinds of work. Front end is what people see and use, including the design, layout, content, buttons, and mobile experience. Back end includes forms, logins, dashboards, payments, and connections to other software. Front end work is included in the plans. Back end work is quoted separately based on the project.

  • Select a plan. You will then be asked to choose an appointment date. Booking is free, and there is no obligation to continue.
  • Your monthly plan covers the essentials. Hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, DNS, SEO, and the included time for changes are covered. Forms also include spam and bot protection.
  • Starter has a $50 build fee. Growth is $300 and Pro is $600. Back end work is quoted separately before it begins.
  • Every plan is month to month. There is no long term contract. You can end service with written notice, and it stops at the end of that monthly period. The build fee is charged once and is non-refundable.
  • Each plan has a page ceiling. Starter supports up to 11 pages, Growth 19, and Pro 25. Extra pages within those ranges are $5 per month. If the next plan costs less for the page count you need, I will recommend that option.
  • Growth and Pro include add ons free. Growth carries a contact form and file upload handling at no extra charge. Pro carries those plus automatic emails to your customers and a simple admin panel, which is also where blog and news posts are written. On Starter the same features are paid add ons, so the estimator will tell you when the plan above works out cheaper than buying them one at a time.
  • File uploads are 20MB per submission. That is the total for one send, in any mix of PDFs, photos and documents, whether somebody attaches one file or several. Anything larger, such as video or large archives, is a different piece of work and is priced once I know what is actually being sent.
  • Revisions before launch: one on Starter, two on Growth, and three on Pro. Additional revisions are quoted separately. Changes after launch use the monthly hours included with your plan.
  • Mobile design and simple connections are included. This includes links to services such as Calendly or Google Appointments, your existing email, and your phone number. Custom integrations are quoted separately.
  • No domain yet? I register a .com in your name and keep it renewed for $1 a month. It stays yours.
  • Can the site be moved to your own account? For a straightforward site, such as a restaurant or a small business site, yes. It can be handed over to a hosting account in your name for a one time transfer fee, quoted on the work involved. Once a site runs an admin panel, or grows into custom logins, databases and integrations built on the LTCLevTec platform, it is no longer a standalone site and transferring stops being an option. Worth deciding early if owning the build outright matters to you. Your domain and your content stay yours either way.

Some features need a custom quote, including multi step or conditional forms, software integrations, and large file storage. I will review the requirements and confirm the price before work begins.

The estimator uses the prices shown on this page. Its total is an estimate, and I will confirm the final price at the appointment. You are not committed until you approve it.
