Privacy Policy

LTCLevTec LLC (“LevTec,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ltclevtec.com, its owner, client, and sales portals (including sales.ltclevtec.com), and related services (together, the “Services”). This Policy explains what personal information we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

Scope and Our Role

This Policy covers visitors, prospective customers, clients, and authorized portal users. For public website and account-administration data, LevTec generally determines the purposes of processing. When we handle advertising or project information solely on a client's instructions, the client may be the controller and LevTec may act as its service provider or processor. A separate client agreement controls if it conflicts with this general notice.

Information We Process

• Inquiry and project information: name, business, email, phone number, project answers, messages, requested services, scheduling details, and files or information you choose to provide.
• Portal account information: name, business, email, role, account status, Google Ads customer ID, password hash, session and security-version records, and account-management history.
• Authentication information: sign-in and verification records and the security credentials needed to protect your account, stored in protected form. LevTec does not receive the fingerprint, face scan, device PIN, or other biometric used locally by your device to unlock a passkey.
• Advertising and reporting information: linked Google Ads account details, campaign names and status, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, reporting snapshots, synchronization history, and errors.
• Payments: requested advertising funds, management fees, payment status, Stripe Checkout identifiers, payment-intent references, allocation and refund records. Payment-card numbers and security codes are entered directly on Stripe's hosted checkout and are not stored by LevTec.
• Communications: portal messages, replies, notifications, support requests, email-delivery records, and acknowledgement status.
• Security and technical information: IP address and network information, browser family and user agent, device and operating-system information, timestamps, request and correlation identifiers, authentication failures, security events, operational errors, and bot-verification results.
• Sales referral information: if you open a LevTec salesperson's referral link, the referral code in that link, and if you tell us in the inquiry form that a salesperson helped you, that choice. We use it only to credit and pay that salesperson.
• Sales team information: for LevTec's salespeople, name, email, phone number, city, referral code, commission rates, payout method type and last four digits of the payout account, commission, payment and payout records, messages, feedback, and account-security records.
• Analytics and preferences: with your consent, Google Analytics identifiers and website-use information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser, device, referral source, and engagement. We also store your cookie choice, theme, and portal-density preference in your browser.

How We Use Information

• Provide, administer, personalize, and support the Services and client accounts.
• Authenticate users, provide MFA and passkeys, manage sessions, recover accounts, prevent abuse, investigate failed attempts, and maintain security logs.
• Synchronize and display authorized Google Ads reporting and account-health information.
• Request, verify, reconcile, allocate, and refund payments and maintain financial records.
• Respond to inquiries, prepare project materials, communicate with clients, and perform contracts.
• Credit the LevTec salesperson who referred or helped a client, calculate their commission, and record their payouts.
• Measure public-site use when analytics consent is granted and improve reliability and usability.
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and systems, and establish or defend legal claims.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Essential cookies support secure sessions, MFA transactions, trusted devices, and Cloudflare security. These are necessary for requested portal and security functions. If you open a LevTec salesperson's referral link, we save that referral code in your browser's local storage so that an inquiry you send later credits them. It has no expiration date: it stays until you open a different salesperson's referral link, which replaces it, or clear this site's data in your browser. It is used only to credit that salesperson and is not used for advertising or to track you on other sites. Google Analytics storage is denied by default and enabled only if you select “Accept” on the public-site banner. You can withdraw analytics consent by clearing this site's stored data and selecting “Decline,” or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not use cross-site targeted-advertising pixels.

When We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to:

• Cloudflare for hosting, D1 database storage, content delivery, email delivery, security, and Turnstile bot detection. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Google for Google Ads reporting, Google Workspace email, Drive-based project records, Calendar booking, fonts, and consent-based Analytics. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google's partner-sites explanation.
• Stripe to host checkout and process payments. See the Stripe Privacy Policy and Stripe Consumer Terms.
• Professional advisers, authorities, courts, or counterparties when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, protection of rights, or a business transaction.
• A client organization and its authorized users where the information concerns that client's services or account.
• LevTec salespeople: the salesperson credited with your inquiry, because you used their referral link or named them in the form, receives a copy of the inquiry email, which includes the contact details you entered. In the sales portal they can see your business and contact name, chosen plan and add-ons, contract and payment status, and the amounts their commission is based on. They cannot see your payment details or our internal notes.

External links, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and Google Calendar, lead to independently operated services whose own policies apply.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including the duration of an account or client relationship and applicable tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, backup, and legal obligations. Short-lived login challenges and sessions expire automatically. Used or revoked security items may be retained as limited records to prevent replay and document account security. Archived client records are preserved until they can be securely deleted under the governing client agreement and legal requirements. Requests for deletion are subject to records we must retain or need for security, payment reconciliation, or legal claims.

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information involved, including but not limited to encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication, access controls, and continuous monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure. If a qualifying breach occurs, we will provide notices required by applicable law. New Jersey's official breach information is available from the New Jersey State Police Cyber Crimes Unit.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and whether an applicable law covers the processing, you may request confirmation and access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your personal data and may appeal a denied request. You may also opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling; LevTec does not sell personal data or use it for cross-site targeted advertising or decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

The New Jersey Data Privacy Act applies only when statutory thresholds and other conditions are met, and it generally excludes people acting in a commercial or employment context. Even where a statutory right does not apply, we will make reasonable efforts to honor verified requests. Send a request or appeal to support@ltclevtec.com. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. You may also contact the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.

Children

The Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate. Learn more from the Federal Trade Commission's COPPA resources.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Policy and update the date above. If required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially different processing begins.
